Zenatha Coleman’s joins Valencia Women’s Team
Namibia might have a weak and corrupt NFA department, however that doesn’t mean the nation doesn’t have talented football players. 2018 has been a good year for some Namibian footballers, for starters we have Deon Hotto lighting up the PSL and Peter Shalulile who won the first division golden boot, however no one seems to be talking about Zenatha Coleman who recently signed for La Liga gaints Valencia.
Zenatha Coleman joined Real Zaragoza’s this season and scored 7 goals in 14 appearances, however that wasn’tenough to save her team from being relegated from the La Liga. However it proved to be enough for Valencia to step in and sign her. Ironically Valencia was the team that sealed Zaragoza’s fate in La Liga.
Coleman joined a team that finished 5th in La Liga last season, this could be a blessing in disguise because if she can perform in this Valencia team, than big teams from all over Europe might come for her signature, better yet she might lead Valencia into Europe Women’s Champions League.
Zenatha Coleman averaged a goal every two games with her former club, now that she joined a bigger team she might touch the 15 goal mark this season.
