Virgil Vries Plays Down Exit Rumours

Former Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Virgil Vries has been the talk around the club after being linked with an exit despite having had an incredible career with Swallows.

Fans of Moroka Swallows were very enraged when the news broke out that the team could sell Virgil Vries, who has been outstanding for the team in the last three years and who currently finds himself injured, however Vries has released a statement condemning these rumors’ and giving fans assurance that his still very much part of Moroka Swallows.

“I’ll be going for an operation this week or next week. The club hasn’t spoken to me about the rumours. I even asked the manager if he is aware of what’s going on, and he said it is all rumours”
