UEFA Announces Shortlist For Player of The Year.

It’s once again award season fever, as UEFA recently announced its shortlist for the Footballer of the year award, an award that will be contended by three Premier League midfielders.

Last season’s UCL final ended with Chelsea beating Manchester City 1-0 as they claimed their 2nd UEFA trophy, heading into the awards, Jorginho has been picked to be the clear favorite ahead of Chelsea teammate Kante and Kevin De Bruyne.

After securing the Euros and recently the UEFA Super Cup, according to the bookies Jorginho has put himself in pole position to win the award.
