South Africa suffered a major loss against Ghana after Andre Ayew’s penalty helped Ghana advance to the next stage knocking out South Africa in the process.

South Africa went in as favourites into this game against Ghana, after they displayed some incredible performances, however poor officiating decisions have costed the Bafana Bafana a chance to advance to the next stage.

Despite a slow start to the World Cup qualifiers it’s Ghana who managed to advance to the next round.
