Romi Drops A New Dope EP

2018 has been a breakthrough year for Romi she went from being an unknown rapper to being nominated for ‘The NAMAs’ getting a S/O from Nasty C, Graduating and now dropping her 2nd EP called ‘Sum of These’

On this EP it is evident  that Romi takes a gamble with the sound and production style which has paid off because  the songs are easy to digest, lyrics suit the production style and it is a good listen so far. Looking at some of the songs !goasib and Khâima, although I don’t understand what she is saying on those songs I can still connect to them. Another impressive song is ‘Shook’ especially with the guitar stringers which are catchy and the singing isn’t bad at all. As the EP progresses it is clear that Romi is maturing and she is starting to find a style that suits her.

If it was up to me I would have her do a music video for all the songs, but I guess only a few songs will be picked. Horrible EP’s have been dropped this year, however this EP is very good and it is one which people should check out.
