Ederson is unlucky to be from the same country as Alisson, as he continues to be an asset for Manchester City, Ederson made key saves which prevented West Ham from getting back into the game and kept a clean for City as they ran riot against West Ham.

Erik Pieters – Burnley

Burnley have yet again got a massive signing in Erik Pieters, Pieters is the perfect left back for Burnley his tall, strong and fast and at times he can also be utilized as a CB. Erik Pieters cross against Southampton is easily looks like cross of the season.

The man who was rumoured to replace Harry Maguire at Leicester City declined the offer and decided to stay at Brighton where he would captained them to a 3-0 victory against Watford. Lewis Dunk capped of a brilliant performance as he cleared an Andre Gray shot off the line and at the other end, before assisting Neil Maupay’s debut strike.

Victor Lindelof – Manchester United

Maguire was excellent on his debut against Chelsea, but having Lindelof next to him helped him a lot. Lindelof is cool, calm and collective. Lindelof has always been a fantastic defender for ManUtd but he never played alongside someone who could actually organize the defence and playing alongside Maguire has stabilized the ManUtd defence at the back.

Maitland Niles – Arsenal

It’s very risky to play a CM in a RB role, however against Newcastle Niles showcased a lot of maturity and was very good for Arsenal at both ends. Niles had a 89% pass accuracy and played a crucial role for Aubameyang goals as he intercepted a loose ball to set up Aubameyang.

Tanguy Ndombele – Tottenham Hotspurs
