Namibia Finds Themselves On The Top 10 World’s Biggest Beer Drinkers

The’Top 10′ biggest beer drinkers in the world list came out and Namibia found themselves 5th on the list despite having a population of N$2.2 million.

According to a study by the Japanese beverage company Kirin, The Czech Republic has topped the per capita beer drinking table for 23 consecutive years. Squeezing at the Czech Republic’s mends are the usual candidates Austria and Germany who come third and fourth, Poland came sixth and Ireland seventh.

There are some disbelief’s, however. In second place is Seychelles, a haughty ranking which we’ll put down to the hot temperature and a large number of sightseers. Namibia, meanwhile, takes the fifth spot – surely that’s down to colonial ties with Germany.
