Namibia Beats Madagascar To Progress To CHAN 2020

The Brave Warrior booked their place in Cameroon after they overturned a one-goal deficit to beat Madagascar 2-0 at the Sam Nujoma stadium.

Brave Warriors had their backs against the wall heading into this game as they were without their star players Deon Hotto and Peter Shalulile, furthermore, the domestic league still hasn’t started and to make matters worse Brave Warriors needed to score two or more goals to advance. Elmo Kambindu stepped up and scored a brace which helped The Brave Warriors advance.

The SADC nations that qualified for CHAN are Namibia, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and DR Congo.
