The designer believe she is destined for this industry. “Pursuing my passion is the best decision I’ve ever made, it is a road of constant learning and growth and I love the support I’ve gotten.”

Her  first major project as a designer  was when she Designed a collection for Windhoek Fashion Week. Alongside gracing the Windhoek Fashion Week stage, Georgina has also won a SYMLAFA award from Simply You Magazine for Favorite Fashion Designer in 2019.

The designer explains that she does not have normal days. “There’s nothing normal about my days. Most nights I sleep at 4 a.m and I’m up by 6 a.m. I’m constantly working and shopping for fabric and doing fittings. It’s hard to just even get time to simply eat cause there’s always a dress that has a deadline.”

The designers adds, “I love this industry and I’m so happy and grateful for the constant support from Namibians. It’s a road of constant learning and growth and I couldn’t have chosen a better career than to create beautiful gowns that women can look absolutely gorgeous in.”
