Meet Philip Oliphant – the human who walks like a dog

We posted a creepy video of human being walking with a pack of dogs on our Facebook page yesterday. It drew a lot of attention and left some people scared and questioning if it was a real human. Through the comments we learned that disability may cause a person to walk that way. But that was not convincing enough so we decided to do some research. After watching a few videos on YouTube we ran into the exact video we posted and it linked us to the person in question. We were relieved that it was just a normal person who enjoy walking with his dogs that way. Meet the 19 year old Philip Oliphant from Upington.
