Meet Miss Teen Namibia 2019, Schwané Blignaut

Schwané Blignaut, 18, was crowned Miss Teen Namibia on Saturday at the National Arts Theatre. Every year, the Miss Teen Namibia Pageant celebrates being the best that you can be through beauty with a charitable cause by crowing one deserving young woman to carry the title of Miss Teen Namibia.

This honour initiates drive to bring charity to the less priviledge, to promote deserving social causes, to serve as an example of purposeful living to the young, to be the best that she can be and to bring honour and pride to our Nation as a representative of goodwill and an ambassador of Namibia.

There is no feeling more beautiful than your dream coming true. I never knew a door was open to my biggest goal. My year as Miss Teen Namibia definitely forced me to grow up in many ways, because I was given such a huge responsibility. With faith in my heart I began my journey not knowing where it would lead, but believing God had something bigger for me. This may be the end of my Miss Teen Namibia journey but only the start of my Miss Teen Continents one. ✨ To my successor, the new Miss Teen Namibia @schwaneblignaut , you’ve been given this opportunity for a reason and you are capable of anything, never ever forget that.
