Marcos Rashford, Keita Balde, and Moussa Dembélé have been doing plenty of charity work during quarantine to help those who are in need during this hard times.
Football players around the world are seen as heroes to kids who seek to follow their footsteps, however when footballers decide to do charity work and help those who are in need they are recognized as idols. Here is a list of footballers who have been doing charity work during the quarantine.
Marcos Rashford – Manchester United/England
Before the Premier League was suspended, Rashford was having his best season with Manchester United on the pitch, however, his work off the pitch is massively underrated, he recently raised 20 million to help fight child hunger.
Keita Baldé Diao – AS Monaco/Senegal
Senegalese forward Keita Balde was born and raised in the outskirts of Girona, he recently rented a building in Lielda to assist 90 temporary migrant workers who have struggled to find a place to sleep, it appears that Keita attempted to rent hotels, however, his notion was rejected by the hotel owners despite offering to pay for these workers.
Moussa Dembélé – Lyon/Mali
Another footballer who has been helping out people is Lyon’s own Moussa Dembélé, Moussa paid close to 180000 to build a standard hospital for his people in his village, Kobiri in Mali.
