FIBA Africa Women’s Championship Cup To Be Hosted In Egypt
The FIBA Africa Women’s Championship will be hosted in Cairo, Egypt from December the 6th to the 15th.

2019 has been an interesting year for Egypt as they have hosted both the African Cup of Nations and the U/23 African Cup of Nations which they went on and won for the first time ever, now Egypt will be home again for another sporting event which will the FIBA Africa Women’s Championship, which is a historic moment for Egypt because this is the first time ever the Basketball event is being held in Egypt.

The twelve teams which will be part of this competition will be defending champions Ferroviario de Maputo of Mozambique, Al Ahly, Sporting Club, Air Warrior , ASB Makomeno, City Hornets , Energie, FAP, Inter Clube , JKL , Kenya Ports Authority and Mountain of Fire Ministry.
