Christine Mboma Makes History In Zambia
Athletics looks promising in Namibia again as Christine Mboma delivered an impressive performance in Zambia as she walked away with a gold medal.
History was made last weekend as Namibian U-20 athlete Christine Mbomba went up against all odds as she broke the World Junior Record at the Zambian All-Comers by running an impressive 49.24s in the Women’s 400m sprints to set up a new record.
Mbomba broke the record that was previously held by Germany’s own Grit Breuer who set the record in 1991.
