Chikune Nominated For AFIRMA Awards

Chikune’s has been nominated for Best Female Artist in Southern Africa for the 6th AFRIMA Awards.

Less than 8 months ago Chikune had travelled to Tanzania to make a song with Mbosso titled “Pieces” that same song got Chikune around 450K views on YouTube and now that same song just got Chikune her first ever AFRIMA nomination. She joins King Tee Dee as the only Namibian artists to be nominated this by AFRIMA this year.

Chikune who performed at Gazza’s Milli Concert and is now currently having a tour in the north took to her Twitter to explained how honored she was on being nominated for AFRIMA.
