Bundesliga Season Comes To It’s End

FC Bayern has crowned Bundesliga champions as they continue to remain undisputed in the Bundesliga

The Bundesliga was always going to be a one-horse race as FC Bayern coasted through despite attempts from Leipzig to overthrow them they weren’t consistent enough to keep up with Bayern, BVB and Wolfsburg had to fight for Champions League positions which they both got, meanwhile Werder Bremen and Schalke two historic teams both found themselves relegated. Robert Lewandowski broke Gerd Muller’s record as he scored 42 goals in the Bundesliga.

41 is a very special number this season in the Bundesliga because it is the number that represents the consecetive number of seasons Werder Bremen have been in the Bundesliga and also the number of goals both Haaland and Lewandowski have this season.
