Brazil Win the U-17 World Cup
Brazil has beaten Mexico in a remarkable encounter to clinch their 4th Under-17 World Cup.
After the humiliating 7-1 defeat on home soil, the Brazilian national team on all levels improved massively starting off with winning the gold medals at the Olympics, winning the Copa America and now clinching the U/17 World Cup. Last time Brazil and Mexico met in this competition was in 2005 in the final whereby Mexico thumped Brazil 3-0. Brazil would get their revenge through Lazaro Vinicius Marques 93rd-minute winner.
Only Nigeria (5) have won more FIFA U-17 World Cups than Brazil (4).
