Brave Warriors Knocked Out of COSAFA

Brave Warriors suffered a shocking defeat against Mozambique which resulted in them being eliminated from the competition.

After an impressive start in the COSAFA tournament, Brave Warriors were dubbed to be favorites to win the COSAFA cup but a disappointing draw against Malawi and a defeat against Mozambique saw Brave Warriors fail to qualify from the group.

The Brave Warriors and Mozambique both ended Group B with 7 points each, However, Mozambique’s head-to-head record is superior to Namibia’s.
