Brave Warriors Holds Cameroon To a 1-1 Draw

Brave Warriors went away to Cameroon where they held the group leaders to a 1-1 draw as Namibia’s chances of qualifying for AFCON have improved.

Going into this game there was very little opportunistic from the Namibian fans because Cameroon is hot from beating Brazil at the World Cup and was considered favorites going into this message, however, Peter Shalulile had different ideas. Shalulile scored the opening goal which resulted in him becoming Namibia’s all-time goal scorer.

Cameroon equalized through Olivier Kemen, however, this was only enough to help them get a draw out of this match.
