Brave Warriors Get 19 Million For AFCON Appearance Fees
The ministry of Sports has allocated a fee that is reported to be N$19 million to the Brave Warriors for their participation at the African Cup of Nations.
Chief Administrator of the Namibia Sports Commission (NSC), Freddy Mwiya said that the money will furnish for the players and technical staff qualification bonuses, winning bonuses, appearance fees, and other related logistics during their AFCON campaign.
Namibia is fresh off stunning the universe as they beat Ghana 1-0 who missed two penalties. With the amount of money being allocated to the Brave Warriors squad, they could actually shock the world and be the surprise package at this year’s AFCON.
