Brave Warriors Find Themselves In The Group of Death

Namibia has been thrown into the ‘Lions Dan’ after finding themselves drawn in the same group as, South Africa, Morocco and Ivory Coast.

Manetti told Cafonline that Namibia’s aim is to gain experience from AFCON “We will use this AFCON to gain experience against big teams. It is the third time Namibia participates in this tournament. My goal is to make sure we do not wait another 10-year period before another qualification. We want to win a game during the group stage.”

History could be on South Africa’s side because they have never lost against Morrocco or Ivory Coast and have a very good record against Namibia. Namibia, on the other hand, will be going into this competition as underdogs.
