Brave Warriors AFCON Review
The Brave Warriors made a return to the AFCON for the first time in eleven years, despite not winning any games, there was a positive performance from the Brave Warriors which suggested that the team is only growing stronger and stronger.

This is however the first African Cup of Nations campaign whereby the Brave Warriors failed to pick up a point. Brave Warriors also failed to win a game yet again. However at this year’s AFCON Brave Warriors conceded less compared to their two previous editions, in 1998 they conceded 11 goals, while conceding 7 goals in 2008. However at this year’s AFCON Brave Warriors only conceded 6 goals. Defensively Brave Warriors improved at this year’s AFCON but they where very poor in front of the goal, and minor errors against Morocco and South Africa cost them points.

The arrival of Ryan Nyambe at the back strengthened Brave Warriors defensively, if Brave Warriors can convert their chances in the future they can win qualify for the World Cup.
