Brave Warriors 2-0 Comoros

The Brave Warriors traveled to the Comoros for the first leg of the CHAN Qualifiers and won 2-0 thanks to a brace Elmo Kambindu.

Interim Brave Warriors Head Coach Bobby Samaria kicked off his audition as Brave Warriors coach by recording a victory against Comoros, a lot of first team players which featured at the AFCON weren’t in the squad as Bobby opted to give locally based player an opportunity to play. Elmo Kambindu was one of a few players to shine for the Brave Warriors, as ended up bagging a brace.

The return leg will be played on the 4th August at the Sam Nujoma Stadium in the capital.
