Blesser and Blessee Both a Blessing and a Curse | Real Talk with Sylvie

Blesser, another term for Sugar Daddy with deep pockets; which he uses as bait to attract young ladies known as Blessees.  In reality these ladies are side chicks because most of these men are married. The blessees can also be referred to as Prostitutes. There is no great difference between the work of a blessee and that of a prostitute; they both get paid to have sex with these Sugar Daddies.

It came into fashion after a few 21st Century women decided they wanted an easier path to a luxurious lifestyle. Sex was the price to pay; as well as to be available 24/7. In exchange the young ladies get overseas holidays, cars, Brazilian hair, designer clothes, latest phones etc.

According to Amanda Cele a well-known Blessee from South Africa, sex is a small price to pay in exchange of expensive gifts; which many women can only dream of.  It should be noted that the blessers do not only support one young woman but can have more than five women.  Social media has added fuel to the fire because many young ladies want the good life of travelling, wearing designer clothes, driving flashy cars and living in uptown apartments.  In order for them to have all these goods they resort to “fancy prostitution”.

It is true with this lifestyle one will live large but sex is not a small price to pay as some young ladies believe.  These young ladies have unprotected sex with their blessers, as I mentioned before the blessers are involved in multiple relationships.  Unprotected sex can results in STDs & pregnancies. These blessers are not looking to father children, so if the young lady falls pregnant she is expected to terminate the pregnancy. The older the young lady gets the more the Blesser loses interest, he then leaves her and goes to look for a younger and fresher blessee.

We need a generation of young women who are independent and they work hard for what they want to own.  An inspiring generation of young women who are educated, career driven as well as business owners. A society in which women do not see men as their banks or suppliers; but rather sees them as business partners.

The problem with blessees is that they do not use the money they receive to build a good foundation for themselves, but rather they spend all their money on their looks and for showing off on social media.  I’m not promoting this kind of behaviour but at least use the money for education, invest in a business or save up. Should you be kicked to the curb you have back-up plan.

The next article we will look into the new trend of Sugar Mommies and their Ben 10s.
