Ballon De Or Postponed

For the first since 1956, there won’t be any Ballon de Or award ceremony due to COVID which means Messi & Rapinoe will both maintain their respective crowns.

The postponement was seen by many as a surprise because apart from the International competitions not happening, non of the club competitions were postponed, as the other leagues still went on and concluded.

Many have believed that Robert Lewandowski was seen as a hot favorite to win after he managed to score a staggering 51 goals for FC Bayern this season.
