Al Ahly Team Fined For Losing Super Cup

Drama in Egypt as Al Ahly’s entire staff & squad have been fined by the club’s president after they lost a cup final against El Gaish.

After having successful finals at Al Ahly Pitso Mosimane tasted his first final defeat after El Gaish proved extremely difficult to beat and took the African Champions to the penalty shootout and beat them to make history as they sealed their first ever Super Cup trophy.

It has been report that “Mahmoud El Khatib who is the president of Al Ahly’s fined Ahly players EGP 300 000 for the poor performance.
